IPI Workshops
Integrated into the Infinite Possibilities Initiative transformation process will be various ‘workshops’ which will help people learn to think and perform in different ways.
We have found, however, that as some organizations explore this unique and powerful process, they want their people exposed to the thinking behind it before making a commitment. That is a reasonable request and so we offer both a half and full day workshop on the Infinite Possibilities of your organization.
For example you may want to assess the eagerness of your mid-management level to be involved in this process before you make an investment. By the end of a half day or full day workshop you’ll find that we can’t get this Initiative going fast enough for them. Likewise if you have a multi-national company you will want to be sure this new thinking transfers easily to other work cultures – this is the best way to find out. We already know the answer because we have significant multi-cultural experience and it’s important that your decision-making team is confident as well.
